Job Description
Morrey Auto Group is seeking a motivated Full-time Service Advisor to join their growing Service Department. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, advising clients on service, repairs, and parts, and helping to uphold the Morrey family culture within the Burnaby community. The position offers a pathway to advance within a family-owned dealership network.
Requirements
- Customer service orientation and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented approach to customer service and repair procedures
- Experience with CDK systems (Volvo experience preferred)
- Ability to translate customer issues into standard repair terminology
- Multi-language aptitude (asset)
