Delivery Manager

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or similar role
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Technology, Business, Management, or related fields
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile delivery frameworks
• Hands-on experience with delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and whiteboarding tools
• Strong organizational, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with distributed teams and stakeholders in an international environment
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Comfortable working with delivery metrics and data
