Morningstar DBRS is seeking an experienced senior Team Lead to lead the Investor Development Group, responsible for building and developing relationships with key institutional investor clients.
Requirements
- 10+ years of business development experience in debt capital markets or fixed income sales capacity
- Strong existing relationships with fixed income investors across public and private credit markets
- Proven track record of managing large, complex investor accounts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Strong leadership and proven ability to build high impact teams
