Requirements
- Strategic leadership and alignment with the executive team
- Driving cross-functional alignment across sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and product teams
- Lead annual and quarterly GTM planning cycles
- Develop and manage company-wide operational KPIs
- Architect and build scalable processes and systems for both professional services and SaaS revenue models
- Lead technical leadership of sales and marketing teams
- Build and maintain a data-driven operating model
- Lead revenue reporting, forecasting, and analytics
