The position supports customer success teams focused on engagement, retention, and expansion.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in client relationship management
- 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, with a track record of supporting Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in leveraging data, news, and market trends to inform client business decisions
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
