Primary Therapist - Licensed

The Primary Therapist provides individual treatment and oversees client sessions, adhering to clinical best practices in mental health. This role involves strong communication, effective time management, and the ability to work with diverse client populations. The therapist also provides education and support to both clients and their families, including training for front-line staff.

Requirements

• LMFT, CPC, LCSW, PhD, and PsyD (LPC is not valid in NV)
• 2-3 years mental health experience (not required)
• Experience working in a treatment environment preferred
• Experience working with adolescents required
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication ability
• Ability to react decisively in emergency situations
• Certificates, licenses and registrations required in onboarding process
• Computer skills (Kipu, Human Resource Systems ADP, Workday, Lawson; Microsoft Office Suite; Payroll Systems ADP, Kronos, etc;) must be required
