Service Technician

Service Technician needed for on-site work at Morgan Properties apartment communities. Troubleshoot service issues, respond to maintenance tickets, and work in an on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Hands-on problem solver with a passion for delivering top-notch service
• Prior apartment maintenance experience
• Active and valid driver's license and a personal vehicle
• HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification preferred
• High school diploma or GED, one-year related experience, or equivalent education and experience
