Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team at Morgan Properties. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting service issues, maintaining interior and exterior areas, and communicating with residents and office staff.
Requirements
- Active, valid driver's license and a personal vehicle
- Ability to live within a 30-minute commute of the property
- HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
