Job Description
We're seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team at Morgan Properties. As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting service issues, maintaining interior and exterior areas, and communicating with residents and office staff. This is a rewarding role with opportunities to shine and deliver outstanding customer service.
Requirements
- Troubleshooting service issues
- Maintaining interior and exterior areas
- Communicating with residents and office staff
- Active, valid driver's license and a personal vehicle
- Ability to live within a 30-minute commute of the property
- HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
