Maintenance - Pipeline Service Tech

We are looking for a Maintenance Service Tech with prior apartment maintenance experience to fulfill the need of a Maintenance Technician at our properties. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for trouble-shooting service issues, ensuring the property meets company standards and applicable laws, and working in an on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Active and valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle
• Live within a 30-minute commute of the properties
• Knowledge of P-Tech HVAC systems, Individual Hot Water Tanks, Copper Pipes/PEX
• High school diploma or GED, one-year related experience, or equivalent education and experience
