Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Pre-Suit Attorney to handle pre-litigation work, manage a team, and oversee settlement negotiations. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of personal injury experience, strong leadership skills, and excellent client service and communication skills.

Requirements

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school
• An active member in good standing with the GA State Bar Association
• 2+ years of personal injury experience
• Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
