Litigation Paralegal

This role will work closely with a lead attorney and legal assistant to prepare legal documents, communicate with clients and courts, and conduct legal research. The successful candidate will have experience in Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, Premises, First Party, Medical Malpractice or other injury related practice areas.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience
• Completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program (preferred)
• At least 2 years of working experience as a litigation paralegal or in legal services under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting
• Ability to multitask, organize, prioritize, handle a fast-paced environment, and manage workload with a positive attitude and minimal supervision
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as attention to detail
