Job Description
This marketing operations manager role is for a highly proactive and detail-oriented professional supporting a founder-led creative business. The role involves project & client management, marketing & creative operations, and admin support. It requires a strong understanding of marketing strategies and a client-facing personality.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in marketing project management or digital marketing coordination
- Experience with project management tools like Monday.com, Trello, or Asana
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and content scheduling platforms
- Strong copywriting and proofreading skills
- Excellent grammar and tone control
- Stellar communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Availability during US hours (11:30 AM–6:30 PM CST)
