Job Description
Otherlife is a digital creative agency designing unconventional, end-to-end solutions in Web3 strategy, design, branding, and development. We are seeking a Design Director to lead and elevate our multidisciplinary design team, overseeing a talented group of senior designers, graphic designers, motion designers, illustrators, 3D designers, brand designers, and web designers.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in a senior design leadership role
- Proven ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary design teams
- Strong understanding of branding, digital design, UX/UI, motion design, 3D, and visual storytelling
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Expertise in design systems, scalable visual frameworks, and component-based design
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and familiarity with interactive technologies such as WebGL, GSAP, or Three.js
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field
