Part Time Clinical Pharmacist - Hybrid

We are recruiting a Clinical Pharmacist (Independent Prescriber) to join our London team. This is a hybrid part time role that includes evenings and weekends in our London office located in Kings Cross and the remaining days remotely You will play a key part in prescribing and reviewing cannabis based medicines for patients with complex conditions.

Requirements

• GPhC registered pharmacist with an Independent Prescriber (IP) qualification
• At least 2 years prescribing experience
• Experience working in a clinical setting
