Corporate Recruiter

The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across multiple locations to support manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and establish selection criteria.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions across multiple locations.
• Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media, employee referrals, community partnerships, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and recommend qualified candidates for next steps.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.
• Travel to company locations (including New Mexico and South Carolina) to support recruiting initiatives, hiring events, and workforce planning efforts.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill manufacturing roles.
• Represent and promote company culture to strengthen employer branding and candidate engagement.
• Build relationships with technical schools, workforce agencies, community organizations, and veteran placement groups to expand candidate sourcing.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide updates to leadership on hiring progress and workforce trends.
• Stay informed on labor market conditions, recruiting best practices, and industry trends.
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with onboarding coordination and pre-employment processes as needed.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
