Nimblr is a fast-growing Nordic cybersecurity company looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to build the technology foundation for their platform as they scale towards millions of users across Europe and beyond.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in senior engineering or technology leadership roles within SaaS
- Strong leader that thrives building a tech business as well of technology
- Used to drive the adoption of AI Assisted development
- Proven track record of scaling engineering teams (e.g. from ~10 to 40+ people)
- Strong hands-on technical background and credibility with senior engineers and tech leads
- Experience designing and evolving scalable, secure, cloud-based platforms
- Comfortable driving structure and process — without creating unnecessary bureaucracy
- Strong communicator and decision-maker, able to take ownership and stand by technical decisions
