Requirements
- Proven track record in complex B2B SaaS or high-tech sales
- Strong international experience, preferably including the US defense market
- Experience scaling and leading international sales teams
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution ability
- Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or similar
- Fluency in English (Swedish, French, or German a plus)
- Experience in the defense sector or with mission-critical solutions is highly valuable
