Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and highly talented medicinal chemist to lead our drug discovery projects from Lead Identification through development candidate nomination and beyond.
Requirements
- PhD in synthetic organic/medicinal chemistry with 4+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry
- Experience in Targeted Protein Degradation is preferred
- Strong expertise in High-Throughput Screening (DEL, ASMS, etc) analysis and subsequent follow-up studies
- Experience of managing CROs is essential
- Familiarity with early stages of pre-clinical research in drug discovery
- High level of proficiency with databases, data analysis and visualization tools
- Proficiency in complex molecule synthesis and/or synthetic method development experience
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively in global, cross-disciplinary drug discovery teams
