Job Description
The Foundation Coordinator reviews associated funds, including the scholarship management process, and assists with processing accounts payable. They maintain the foundation fund database, manage the Scholarship Universe software platform, and interface with the Financial Aid Office and academic departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum three years of professional work experience in higher education or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically in Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to identify, use, and stay up to date with best practices for accounts payable and gift processing.
