• Extensive product knowledge
• Circulate on the floor to ensure well-stocked merchandise displays
• Provide a warm welcome and farewell to each guest
• Use Hotel Retail Sequence of Service guidelines
• Handle guests' requests by reading and anticipating their needs and upselling new products
• Responsible for opening and/or closing duties
• Maintain clean and orderly areas
• Provide lateral service for other departments
