Senior Supply Manager

Join Monster Energy as a Senior Supply Manager to lead the Supply Planning Team and orchestrate the pulse of our supply chain across production facilities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and propel our supply network to new heights.

Requirements

• Manage copacker and bottler relationship with their production and operation management team
• Production planning (long term) and scheduling (short term) for local copackers
• Digital adoption - Ensure system update, utilization, and team technical adoption in alignment with company requirements
• Manage the Supply Planning team
• Direct and control purchase orders for suppliers, including logistics (local or international) and imports process if needed
• Monthly inventory aging analysis for team and packaging SLOBs (slow moving and obsolete inventory)
• Lead mitigation plans to deplete inventory with stakeholders
