Lab Operator - Oskar Blues Brewery

This entry-level Lab Operator position at Oskar Blues Brewery involves performing basic quality/QC functions in a lab, preparing analytical standards and samples, and maintaining laboratory equipment. The role reports to the Lab Manager and requires adherence to safety standards, handling chemicals and pressure with PPE. Shift rotation includes 4 months off, then 2 months on overnights.
