Job Description
The Call Center Representative is the first point of contact for patients and is responsible for educating them about their healthcare plan and encouraging enrollment. The role requires strong communication and sales skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Conducts a high volume of outbound calls to prospective patients
- Effectively communicates and sells the value of Monogram Health
- Adheres to procedures, workflows, and scripts to ensure HIPAA and health plan eligibility
- Protects patient health care privacy by following HIPAA regulations
- Notates and enters data into Salesforce as needed
