Requirements

• Manage and optimize our Learning Management System
• Plan, organize, and follow up trainings, workshops, and learning tracks
• Facilitate workshops and internal sessions
• Manage registrations, logistics, reporting, and related administrative tasks
• Automate and streamline HR processes
• Drive the further development and roll-out of the performance management tool
