Job Description
MongoDB is seeking a Senior Administrator - Business Systems to be a trusted resource in our HR system platforms, act as a consultant to the organization, and build highly strategic and impactful solutions using a variety of technologies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on HRIS administrator and configuration experience in SAP SuccessFactors or Greenhouse modules
- Experience using reporting/query tools and data management tools
- Excellent analytical skills, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong presentation skills for varied audiences, and strong written and oral communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred
