Product Manager

We are looking for an outstanding Product Manager experienced working with developer products and technologies. At MongoDB, this PM will become a developer experience expert, understand the areas where we can help our community of developers and our customers, and drive our developer tools strategy accordingly.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management or equivalent experience with a complex technical product
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to collaborate with people from different parts of the company
• Strong customer empathy: you need to understand the pain points our customers are facing and work with your team and customer-facing stakeholders to translate them into actionable solutions
• Technical aptitude: you understand how software is built, packaged, deployed, and operated
• The ability to communicate technical content to diverse non-technical audiences
• The desire to understand the database and software development markets
• Experience with the full product development process: ideation, research, creation, design, execution, quality testing, etc
• B.Sc. in Computer Science preferred or equivalent work experience
