We're hiring an Engineering Manager to lead high-performing software engineering teams and create the conditions for them to thrive. You'll be a technical expert, delivery leader and people coach, ensuring engineers feel supported, grow in their careers, and deliver measurable impact to customers.

- Proven success in line management, coaching, and enabling high-performing teams
- Passion for agile delivery and modern engineering practices (TDD, CI/CD)
