Job Description
Moneyhub is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to act as a key point of contact for financial service firms. The role involves maintaining client relationships, identifying and resolving client issues, and contributing to process improvement initiatives. The position offers hybrid work, with a core workday at the Bristol office and remote working opportunities.
Requirements
- Develop a good understanding of the company products and client needs.
- Manage client accounts on their own and maintain high satisfaction.
- Effectively resolve 1st and 2nd line support issues using Zendesk and JIRA.
- Experience translating complex technical concepts into action.
