We're looking for a Tech Lead Manager to lead a team of fullstack engineers building Monarch's product experience. The role involves driving technical execution, establishing engineering best practices, and partnering with Product and Design leads.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience
- 2+ years in a technical leadership or management role
- Experience with early-stage company best practices
- Technical vision and ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term architectural goals
