Beverage Assistant Manager

Located in beautiful Black Hawk, CO, the Monarch Resort Spa seeks a passionate Assistant Beverage Manager to join our team! You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment that exceeds the expectations of our guests and team.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License
• Previous casino beverage experience is recommended
• 2-5 years of Food and/or Beverage Management experience or a relevant degree in hospitality is recommended but not required
• Ability to understand and apply financial reports, problem-solve, manage conflicts, and use mediation skills effectively
• Knowledge of sales techniques, guest needs, and state-of-the-art sales methods, with a focus on setting and meeting sales goals
