They are seeking a Staff/Senior Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of advertising creatives, optimizing performance and scalability. This role focuses on building tools to improve creative effectiveness, managing large-scale creative pipelines, and contributing to an inclusive and growing workplace.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Hands-on experience with creative processing pipelines (image, video, etc.)
- Strong understanding of performance optimization and digital ad creative delivery challenges
- Experience with distributed systems and system design skills
- Excellent communication skills
