Requirements
- Drive OneCRM adoption and strengthen sales pipeline through seamless operations
- Support APAC commercial strategies with in-country CRM management and data analysis for actionable insights
- Lead CRM analytics and commercial insights and support sale rep performance improvement & sales outcome
- Territorial customer accounts management to track and monitor targeted accounts to improve sales process and commercial outcomes
- Daily salesforce operations to support APAC sales team requests/users
- Maintain the health and integrity of the Salesforce CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, system security, and user access control
- Develop and implement best practices for data entry, hygiene, and management within Salesforce
- Provide ongoing support, training, and documentation to Salesforce users across the organization, ensuring high adoption and proficiency
- Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations in Power BI to track key sales metrics
- Utilize data extraction and manipulation to prepare data sets for detailed analysis and Power BI integration
- Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for commercial teams, sales leadership, and executive stakeholders
- Partner with sales leadership and sales representatives to transform data insights into effective sales strategies and tactics
