We're looking for an Account Manager Post-Acute/Thuiszorg to develop and grow our Wound Care business in Belgium. As a hybrid role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers, identifying growth opportunities, and executing account strategies that deliver sustainable results.
Requirements
- Develop and manage relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within your territory
- Build, execute, and follow up on account plans aligned with local and cluster strategy
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop a strong, healthy pipeline across existing and new customers
- Drive the execution of product launches, campaigns, pilots, and tender implementation plans
- Actively gather and share market and competitive insights to strengthen business intelligence
- Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and activity data in CRM
- Collaborate closely with your Sales Manager and cross-functional colleagues to continuously improve ways of working
- Build relationships with local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support strategic growth initiatives
- Handle customer complaints in line with Mölnlycke policies and quality standards
