Job Description
Mohawk Industries is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Lead to maintain and support facility equipment, machinery, and systems. The role involves leading a team, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring safety compliance. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree in industrial maintenance or related area preferred
- 1+ years of experience in leadership
- 5+ years of experience in construction and/or maintenance of manufacturing facilities
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Above average math skills
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong mechanical/electrical experience
- Valid NC driver’s license and clean driving record
