Job Description
MoeGo is seeking an experienced Customer Onboarding Manager to bridge the gap between customers and their platform. This role focuses on helping customers smoothly transition to MoeGo, define their needs, and provide ongoing support through video calls, email, and chat. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the pet care industry and experience managing pet care locations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles in the SaaS industry
- Pleasant and straightforward phone and video call manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer relationship building and management skills
