Modus Mobility provides smart mobility solutions and seeks a Customer Support Team lead to join the CityBee team in Tallinn. The successful candidate will lead a young, energetic team and be responsible for customer support, process improvement, and team management.
Requirements
- Experience in leading a team in a fast-paced or customer-focused environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Estonian and English, with knowledge of Russian a plus
- Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset
- Leadership qualities with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and process improvement
- A proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to take initiative and see things through
