Requirements

• Drafting vendor/consultant contracts for R&D
• Ensuring proper use of templates and alignment with category strategies and Master Service Agreements
• Negotiating contract terms and budgets using benchmarking, market intelligence, and strategic frameworks
• Collaborating with Legal and Global Procurement Category Managers to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
• Managing the end-to-end contract execution process in accordance with Moderna standards
• Advising internal stakeholders on appropriate agreement types to meet operational needs
• Tracking and archiving executed contracts within Moderna's contract management system
• Preparing and maintaining contract reports and dashboards to improve process efficiency
• Reviewing metrics related to contracting cycles and optimizing turnaround time
• Supporting ongoing development of processes, tools, and templates across the Procurement function
• Participating in corporate initiatives and interacting across Procurement, Legal, Finance, and R&D
• Managing high volumes of contract activity to meet critical project timelines
