This Brand Manager position leads the development of strategy, marketing execution, and cross-functional coordination for a portfolio of F&B clients. The role requires a strong understanding of the CPG food and beverage landscape, including emerging brands and the ability to support go-to-market plans and performance marketing. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple brands and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in CPG brand marketing, client management, or project coordination.
- Proven experience with food & beverage brands across categories such as functional beverages, snacks, wellness products, or refrigerated goods.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple accounts, campaigns, and workstreams concurrently.
- Proficiency in project management platforms (Asana, Trello) and common workplace tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
- Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while leading cross-functional teams and maintaining strong client relationships.
