Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in M&A, corporate development, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity
- Proven track record leading deals from sourcing through integration
- Strong financial acumen and modeling skills; comfort with valuation, ROI analysis, and deal structuring
- Deep understanding of product, operational, and cultural integration dynamics
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience operating in high-growth, fast-paced, global organizations
