Requirements

• Own financial planning, analysis, and forecasting
• Build core processes and drive key decisions
• Interpret complex data and present findings effectively to stakeholders
• Manage cashflows, optimize tax obligations, handle corporate filings, and prepare reports on a monthly or quarterly basis as needed
• Build the core finance organization: Stand up core processes, including forecasting, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and internal controls
• Own corporate tax payments (state and federal) in collaboration with an external accounting firm
• Process invoices, confirm recipients are configured properly and that payments are made to optimize cashflows
• Ensure corporate filings are up to date in all relevant jurisdictions
• Lead all annual, quarterly, and long-range financial planning
• Complete an audit of our financials in 26Q1
• Develop budgets and measure spending against them to calculate an accurate ROIC
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and policies
• Provide data-driven insights to support strategic initiatives and organizational goals
