Senior Delivery Manager

Mobysoft is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to lead the planning, coordination and delivery execution of a major multi-squad product initiative. The role combines strong programme management discipline with hands-on agile delivery experience, ensuring multiple squads stay aligned, unblocked and delivering consistently.

Requirements

• Strong experience delivering complex, multi-squad initiatives in a product or technology environment
• Excellent facilitation, organisation and communication skills
• Solid understanding of SDLC, agile ways of working and continuous delivery concepts
• Proven ability to coordinate effectively across Product, Engineering and Data to keep delivery moving
