Job Description
This NP position offers clinical care and patient interaction in a supportive and collaborative health setting. The NP will perform assessments, diagnose and prescribe treatments, ensure compliance with hospital regulations, and provide training to other healthcare professionals. Responsibilities include conducting physical examinations, managing patient records, and ensuring a safe and efficient clinical environment.
Requirements
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) and NP in state of practice.
- Nationally Certified as FNP, ANP, or AGNP by AANP or ANCC.
- Valid NPI.
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
- Current DEA license to write prescriptions under the authority of the Medical Leader, if allowed within state of practice.
- Current DOT medical examiner certification.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety concepts and OSHA regulations.
