Cyber Program Manager

MKS2 Technologies, LLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager (PM) to lead and oversee all contract activities supporting Navy Cyber operations. This role is responsible for ensuring technical excellence, cost efficiency, and schedule adherence across a portfolio of cybersecurity engineering, systems security, and IT modernization projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of program management experience with DoD systems
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in DoD contract management (Navy experience preferred)
• Proven success managing major technical support or IT systems contracts for the DoD/Navy
• In-depth understanding of Navy acquisition and contractual processes
• Strong knowledge of DoD cybersecurity mission areas, engineering practices, and R&D management
• Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity policies and RMF implementation for both land-based and afloat/tactical systems
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to brief senior military and civilian leadership
• Demonstrated experience managing subcontractors and coordinating across multiple organizations
