Requirements

• 10+ years of financial technology experience
• Proven track record in building and managing complex systems across equity financing product lines
• Strong understanding of Margin Loans, Credit Facilities, Equity Swaps, D1 Trading, Equity Borrow/Loan, Funding, Real-Time Risk/Margin, Pricing, Workflow tools, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to lead global teams, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver enterprise-scale solutions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
