Job Description
The DORA Program Manager and Integrated Testing will play a critical role in enhancing the firm's ability to prepare for, respond to, and recover from disruptions to business operations. The role will contribute to the various layers of the Operational Resilience Program, from overseeing DORA regulatory program to ensuring efficient testing strategy and its execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, Operational Resilience, Cybersecurity, or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within the financial services, insurance, or investment management sectors
- Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and supervisory expectations related to operational resilience
- Demonstrated experience in Operational Resilience, IT continuity, including the execution of testing and exercises
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure, managing crises and operational disruptions with a structured, strategic, and composed approach
