SAP Business Systems Analyst - Master Data

The Business System Analyst performs enterprise-wide research and analysis, resulting in written recommendations for a variety of strategies and solutions based on the business software applications used.

Requirements

• Develop solution documents and approaches for challenging business problems.
• Provide customer service support to all employees in a professional and friendly manner.
• Identify areas of improvement for services provided both internally and outward-facing;
• Troubleshoot issues with minimal guidance, identify data related problems and provide scalable solutions.
• Manage technical scope and provide hands-on expert level assistance.
• Create, maintain and verify SAP Master Data (e.g. Pricing, Customers, Materials, etc.)
• Develop & perform periodic audits of master data processes and data integrity. Recommend and complete changes when gaps are identified.
• Analyze data input files to understand the structure of existing data sets and how they map to requirements
• Perform data entry and review data entered
• Develop & prepare master data metrics and report on their status
