The Mechanical Specialist C supports the maintenance and repair of gas and steam turbine generators, focusing on learning and assisting in mechanical and electrical component work. This entry-level position is designed for individuals developing their technical expertise.

Requirements

• One-year certificate from a technical school or at least one year of related experience/training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and manuals.
• Valid driver’s license and passport.
• Ability to travel frequently for field assignments.
• Common sense reasoning and the ability to follow simple written, oral, or diagram instruction.
