Job Description
Mitratech is seeking a Senior AI-Product Engineer to lead the transformation of their software development processes. This role focuses on leveraging AI tools to accelerate engineering, drive innovation, and mentor junior engineers in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in AI, backend technologies, and experience with AI-assisted development tools.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software development experience
- Deep expertise in modern backend or full-stack technologies (Python, Go, Java, Node.js, React)
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Devin AI, GPT APIs)
- Extensive experience with AI tools and LLMs, including LangChain or direct OpenAI API usage
- Strong commitment to code quality, security, and performance
- Proven technical leadership abilities
