Product Marketing Lead

Mithrl is building the world's first commercially available AI Co-Scientist. We are hiring a Head of Product Marketing to define the narrative, positioning, and go to market strategy for Mithrl. The successful candidate will have a PhD in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience in product marketing.

Requirements

• PhD in biology, bioinformatics, computational biology, molecular biology, pharmacology, or a closely related field
• 5 or more years of experience in product marketing at a tech bio, life sciences software, scientific platform, or AI company
• Demonstrated success launching products or major features with measurable impact on pipeline, adoption, or revenue
• Proven ability to craft narratives that resonate with scientific and technical audiences
• Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity without losing accuracy
• Experience partnering closely with sales, customer success, product, and engineering
• Comfort working in a fast moving, high ownership startup environment
• A portfolio of content, launch materials, or campaigns that shows creativity and commercial impact
